Requirements for the Chef de Partie

About Tom Sellers

Tom Sellers, a celebrated two Michelin-starred Chef from Nottingham, is the visionary behind Story Cellar. His culinary journey began with the opening of his first restaurant, Restaurant Story, at the age of 26, where he quickly gained acclaim, earning a Michelin Star within five months and a second star in 2021. Tom has honed his skills under the guidance of some of the world's most renowned chefs, including stints with Tom Aikens in London, Thomas Keller at Per Se in New York, and René Redzepi at Noma in Copenhagen, all before turning 21. Story Cellar, inspired by Parisian rotisserie traditions, opened to rave reviews, followed by the launch of Dovetale at 1 Hotel Mayfair, featuring a sustainable, produce-driven menu that reimagines European classics.
