About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Manager to join our Food Own Brand team at Tesco. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the strategic planning process for Tesco Finest, building platforms and pipelines for growth and aligning the senior team at relevant stages.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement brand positioning and strategic plans across the 6Ps
  • Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams, NWTs, and key stakeholders to deliver the Tesco Finest Brand Strategic Plan
  • Create compelling and insight-led concepts to deliver the strategic plan using the Tesco Customer team way tools
  • Monitor the premium market and customer metrics to proactively identify issues and opportunities
  • Brief insight, execution, and design teams to bring propositions to life and ensure good implementation of brand guidelines
  • Ensure Tesco Group (International) relevance and transferability of Brand and category-specific strategy, guidelines, pipelines, and mixes
