Teacher of Film and Television

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Film and Television Teacher to join our team at TM UK (Web) on a part-time basis.

About the Role:

We are looking for a teacher who can inspire and engage our students in the world of film and television. The successful candidate will have a strong background in teaching media arts and will be able to deliver high-quality lessons that cater to the needs of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach film and television studies to students at a secondary or 6th form level
  • Deliver lessons on camera work, editing, production management, and development of film and TV projects
  • Assess student work and provide constructive feedback
  • Work collaboratively with other teachers to develop and implement curriculum plans

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A strong background in teaching media arts
  • Experience of teaching on UAL Extended Diploma or BTEC vocational courses
  • Confidence in teaching general media skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
