About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced HSEQ Manager to join our team at Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited. As a leading recruitment agency, we specialize in placing top talent in the construction and manufacturing industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain safety policies in compliance with HSE regulations.
  • Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure products meet industry standards and customer specifications.
  • Work closely with the operations director to enable effective decision making and improvements.

Requirements:

  • NEBOSH Level 3 as a minimum.
  • Experience implementing Quality procedures.
  • HSEQ background.
