Job Overview

At TRIJIT, we are seeking a highly skilled Lab Administrator with Android Device Testing Expertise to join our team. This role is responsible for managing a pool of Android devices for testing purposes, setting up and configuring devices with necessary software and configurations, and maintaining device inventory and tracking device health.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a pool of Android devices for testing purposes.
  • Set up and configure devices with necessary software and configurations.
  • Maintain device inventory and track device health.
  • Execute Android test cases manually or using automation tools.
  • Report and track defects and issues.
  • Collaborate with development teams to resolve identified defects.
  • Maintain a clean and organized lab environment.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of lab equipment.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to lab infrastructure.

Requirements:

  • Technical degree or equivalent experience in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of Android operating systems and mobile device hardware.
  • Experience with mobile testing frameworks and tools (e.g., Appium, Espresso).
  • Knowledge of network configurations and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Mobile Harness (MH) or similar mobile testing platforms.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash).
  • Experience with cloud-based testing environments.
