About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Loss Adjuster to join our Major Loss Team, where you will play a key role in delivering a high-quality, professional service to clients.

As a Senior Loss Adjuster, you will be responsible for managing an active caseload of predominantly commercial claims over £100k in value, often containing material damage and business interruption matters.

The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial property adjusting background and be ACILA qualified. Some experience of major loss work would be beneficial, but is not essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage an active caseload of complex claims, working closely with clients and other stakeholders to deliver a high-quality service.
  • Conduct thorough investigations and provide expert advice on complex claims, often involving material damage and business interruption.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve our service delivery and client outcomes.
