As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will play a vital role in delivering administrative assistance to the HR division. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing employee documentation and records.
- Supporting recruitment initiatives and processes.
- Coordinating training programs and sessions.
- Ensuring adherence to HR policies and regulations.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
The successful candidate will possess:
- A solid educational background, ideally up to GCSE Level (or equivalent), including Mathematics and English.
- Prior experience in providing high-quality administrative support, preferably within an HR context.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with HR software and databases is advantageous.
- The capability to manage sensitive and confidential information with care.
- Residence within a reasonable commuting distance from the facility.
Additional Information:
It is essential to have personal transportation due to limited public transport options.
