Trade Counter Assistant Opportunity

Headlam, Europe's largest floor covering distributor, is seeking a Trade Counter Assistant to join their inclusive and welcoming team.

This role offers a competitive salary and excellent benefits package, including full-time and part-time hours available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to the Trade Counter Manager in the day-to-day running of the trade counter.
  • Deal with customers and suppliers face-to-face or over the telephone.
  • Contribute to sales targets and KPIs, ensuring customers are served efficiently and correctly.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a trade, warehouse, or retail operations environment.
  • Computer/keyboard skills and ability to learn sales and ordering systems operation.
  • Full clean driving licence.
