About the Role:

Ciphr is seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our customer success function, you will be responsible for identifying additional revenue opportunities and driving customer growth, retention, and advocacy for Ciphr's product and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Nurture and develop relationships with customers to create customer advocacy of Ciphr's products and services.
  • Have proactive engagement with customers to demonstrate and ensure they experience the value of our products, services, and expertise.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process of any opportunities identified, ensuring expectations are managed proactively through timely and effective communication.
  • Build deep and strategic relationships across multiple departments and stakeholder contacts to increase exposure, identify opportunities, and grow the customer's account.
  • Be a subject matter expert in our products and services, ensuring knowledge is kept up-to-date as these evolve.
