Key Responsibilities:

We are thrilled to present a fantastic opportunity to join our Asset Investment division as a Property Asset Consultant. You will play a vital role within a diverse team, working closely with colleagues across the organization to implement best practices.

  • Your responsibilities will include conducting property condition assessments to guide future maintenance strategies, which will encompass evaluations of the Decent Homes Standard (DHS), Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS), asbestos re-inspections, and legionella risk evaluations.
  • You will identify structural issues and necessary repairs, initiating actions to address these during the assessment process.
  • Additionally, you will contribute to the formulation of upcoming work plans, which will involve drafting comprehensive specifications for required tasks.
