About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Internal Sales Executive to join our team at Manesis Search & Selection. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing an existing customer base, developing strong relationships, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and build relationships with key partners to deliver growth and gain loyalty to secure repeat business.
  • Develop business and build sales with new, lapsed, and existing customers.
  • Identify target customers to sell the company's range of products, focusing on quality, innovation, and service.
  • Work closely with external sales teams and customer service teams to drive sales and reach agreed targets.
  • Utilize all available resources to identify and pursue opportunities and communicate effectively with customers at all levels.
  • Successfully manage accounts and budgets to achieve agreed sales, revenue, and profit targets.
Requirements
  • A successful background in sales, customer service, and relationship management.
  • Ambitious, hungry, goal-oriented, and driven by your own success and achievement.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, persuasion, presentation, and writing skills.
