Job Description

Clarity Pharma Ltd, a leading pharmaceutical and healthcare distribution company, is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our Commercial Sales team.

We are expanding our operations and have the opportunity for a skilled professional to contribute to our growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive sales efforts.
  • To maintain and grow existing customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • To work closely with various departments to resolve customer queries and provide efficient front-line service.
  • To develop a strong understanding of our product range and industry trends to effectively engage with customers.
  • To process orders, generate tenders, and communicate daily offers to target customers.
  • To work towards Key Performance Indicators, Service Level Agreements, and quality standards to maximize customer satisfaction and performance.
  • To complete daily and monthly targets set by the business.
  • To follow established procedures for each task and process, including logging, processing, and progress chasing enquiries.
  • To collaborate with the Area Sales Manager on the on-boarding of new pharmacy accounts and track account spend.
  • To perform various administrative tasks as required by the business.

Requirements:

  • Previous telesales experience with a proven sales record and commitment to reaching targets and deadlines.
  • A strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and supply chain.
  • Experience working with Orderwise.
  • Strong commercial awareness, sound judgment, and ability to make business decisions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong computer skills.
  • Good administrative and organizational skills, with a proactive and hardworking attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a confident and innovative approach to work.
  • Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy in work.
