Key Responsibilities:
- To identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive sales efforts.
- To maintain and grow existing customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- To work closely with various departments to resolve customer queries and provide efficient front-line service.

Requirements:
- Previous telesales experience with a proven sales record and commitment to reaching targets and deadlines.
- A strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and supply chain.
- Experience working with Orderwise.
- Strong commercial awareness, sound judgment, and ability to make business decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong computer skills.
- Good administrative and organizational skills, with a proactive and hardworking attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a confident and innovative approach to work.
- Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy in work.
