About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Executive to join our growing Brand and Communications team at RAC Motoring Services. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Acquisition team with the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns for all web acquisition products and offers, working closely with our in-house creative studio.
- Monitor and analyze performance of direct-to-consumer acquisition campaigns, providing insights to improve executions and drive business growth.
- Ensure brand consistency across our brand estate, championing our tone of voice and creative vision.
- Collaborate with the SEO performance marketing team to capitalize on new product changes and boost traffic.
- Manage campaign projects with clear timing plans, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Ensure customer communications are clear, fair, and compliant with relevant legislation, including ASA guidance and FCA rules.
What We're Looking For
- Recent graduate with a business or marketing degree, ideally with at least 1 year's marketing experience gained during an industry placement year.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines and juggle priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Dynamic, flexible, and adaptable with a keen eye for detail and a creative flair.
