About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Education Programme Officer to provide business and administrative support to our Medical Workforce, Training and Education (WT&E) team across the Thames Valley and South East region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the recruitment of trainee doctors and other medical professionals
  • Provide administrative assistance to the WT&E team, including coordinating projects and managing workflows
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management and external partners
  • Contribute to the development of business plans and strategies to support the delivery of medical education
Requirements
  • Proven experience in project management and coordination
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of financial systems and data protection
