Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Education Programme Officer to provide business and administrative support to our Workforce, Training and Education (WT&E) team across the Thames Valley and South East region.

Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the recruitment of trainee doctors, working closely with the Education Programme Team Manager and building strong relationships with key stakeholders. This will involve undertaking a variety of tasks, including managing projects, drafting briefing papers, and creating presentations.

Key Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels. They will also possess excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise workload and multitask. A degree-level qualification in a relevant subject or equivalent experience is essential, as is evidence of continued professional development.
