Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Sales and Account Manager to join our team at Elite Recruitment Solutions Maidenhead. As a Sales and Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing client relationships, demonstrating your systems knowledge, and displaying your wealth of contract management across your existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell and demonstrate a range of speciality water, process chemicals, and monitoring technologies to a wide range of industries.
- Work with customers and prospect clients to support their needs, which will vary in size and difficulty.
- Develop and execute customer account sales plans, coordinate all proposal activity from generating quotes to processing the PO's.
- Manage customer satisfaction and escalate customer concerns or resolution.
- Coordinate support resources to maintain and grow existing and win/close new accounts.
- Carry out plant visits, auditing, and surveying, and arrange and manage any trial working.
- Sometimes, you may be engaged in conducting appropriate water analysis/testing and reporting.
- Continuously work on the strategies and implementation of sales and marketing programs to achieve Company sales targets within the North East.
- Meet and exceed the assigned quotas through your activities and results.
- Drive the Company behaviours around Health & Safety, Team Work, and the Company strategies and initiatives.
Requirements:
- A background in Account Management or sales in a water/process treatment Company or Chemical plant.
- Outstanding communication skills with customers, contractors, and internal staff to inspire and support the company's objectives.
- Excellent project management experience and a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
- A natural-born relationship builder.
- Able to report on the status of all customers and identify growth areas and new service requirements.
- Qualifications and essential skills/attributes:
- You will be technically qualified in chemical, environment, mechanical, or similar engineering environment – or time served in industry.
- Strong customer focus and the want to excel at services and challenges given by a customer.
- A clean UK driving licence is a must.

Dependent upon the amount of experience you are bringing, the role pays between 40 and 50K – to achieve the 50K you will have already worked within a water processing environment and handled chemicals and have evidence of your sales and achievement of KPI's.
