About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Assessment Associate to join our T Level Digital Support Services team on a flexible worker contract. As an Assessment Associate, you'll play a crucial role in producing high-quality assessment content that meets T Level qualification and assessment specification requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop assessment content (tasks and mark schemes) that meet T Level qualification and assessment specification requirements
  • Review assessment content (question papers/tasks and mark schemes) to ensure it meets T Level qualification and assessment specification requirements
  • Submit assessment content in the required format, within agreed timescales
  • Ensure assessment content meets all commissioning instructions, as agreed with the Assessment Production Officer
  • Provide additional assessment content as required, including document/image sources and details of copyright permission, as required
  • Produce exemplar materials for assessments, as required
  • Attend paper review panel days and training sessions, as required (online)
Requirements
  • A minimum of a Level 3 qualification in an area within the Digital Support Services industry
  • Experience of writing and/or reviewing external assessment materials (question papers/mark schemes/tasks) to level 3
  • Current, valid, and up to date knowledge of the Digital Support Services sector with a minimum of 3 years experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Able to work accurately and consistently, and at times, to tight timescales
