Job Title: VP Development

QLM Search is partnering with a global group recognised for its innovative approach to customer excellence.

The business is undergoing an exciting evolution, and we are seeking a VP Organisation Development to support this transformation.

As a key member of the Ex Co and HR Senior Leadership Team, you will provide guidance and thought leadership on Culture development, Talent, L&D, and Diversity initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a Performance cycle for the leadership population, followed by colleagues across the organisation.
  • Support the business in delivering its end-to-end strategy, including the development of a stronger performance-focused mindset at all levels.
  • Lead large OD projects from conception to implementation, ensuring effective budget management.
