About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Risk and Compliance division in London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and delivering high-quality recruitment services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Risk and Compliance sector
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Deliver high-quality recruitment services, including contract recruitment, permanent recruitment, and project management
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and developments in the Risk and Compliance sector
  • Collaborate with the Divisional Manager to achieve business objectives
Requirements
  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the Risk and Compliance sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new skills and technologies
