Heeton UK & Europe is looking for experienced revenue managers to enhance our expanding Revenue Team and contribute to the growth of Heeton in the UK.

This role presents an excellent opportunity to become a Portfolio Revenue Manager with one of the UK's emerging hospitality management firms. Heeton Hospitality manages a diverse range of hotels under the Hilton, IHG, Accor, and Heeton Concept brands, as well as a serviced office site. This position is ideal for individuals interested in overseeing a significant property while aspiring to progress into a cluster management role.

The position will be based in either our Leeds or London office, offering a hybrid working model with a minimum expectation of three days in the office.

Reporting directly to the Commercial Manager, the Portfolio Revenue Manager will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing pricing strategies for online platforms
  • Overseeing all hotel distribution channels and pricing frameworks
  • Collaborating with third-party partners to maximize revenue potential
  • Ensuring optimal property performance through effective channel and room-type management
  • Identifying and implementing innovative Revenue Management tools and strategies
  • Building and maintaining comprehensive databases
  • Shifting OTA channels towards direct business
  • Managing topline forecasting, budgeting, and reporting for the assigned portfolio
  • Providing market insights, analyzing data, and recognizing trends
  • Encouraging creative thinking and innovative solutions

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of two years of experience in Revenue Management
  • Familiarity with the London 4-star market
  • Knowledge of Opera and OnQ PMS; StayNTouch experience is a plus
  • Strong understanding of Revenue Management Systems: IdeaS/Concerto/GRO
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (VBA knowledge is a plus) and intermediate skills in other MS Office applications
  • The ability to effectively communicate and implement change
  • An understanding of the 3-star hotel market
