HSEQ Specialist

We are seeking an experienced HSEQ Advisor to join our client's team, a leading site investigation contractor providing comprehensive ground investigation services across various sectors.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining HSEQ policies, procedures, and systems in line with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct site audits and inspections to ensure compliance with HSEQ standards, identifying and rectifying potential hazards.
- Lead investigations into incidents and near-misses, performing root cause analysis and recommending corrective actions.
- Ensure all site activities comply with relevant health and safety legislation, including those specific to drilling rigs and ground investigation services.
- Provide HSEQ guidance and support to site supervisors, drilling crews, and other personnel.
- Deliver HSEQ training and presentations to staff, promoting a culture of safety and quality.
- NEBOSH Certificate
- Proven experience in a similar HSEQ role, preferably within the ground investigation or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Experience conducting root cause analysis and incident investigations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to create and deliver presentations.
