We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Officer to join our team at RSK Group. As a Security Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our facilities and personnel.
Key Responsibilities- Access Control and Security Protocols: Enforce and maintain access control protocols to restrict and control access to our facilities and operational buildings/areas.
- Visitor Management: Validate and issue visitor identification in accordance with our access control policy and procedures.
- Key and Pass Management: Ensure accountability for keys and passes held within the Main and Jetty Gate House.
- CCTV and Security Systems: Monitor and respond to alarm activations, and be proficient in the use of our on-site computer-based CCTV, Access Control, and Visitor Management Systems.
- Security Experience: Previous experience in the security industry, with a strong understanding of security protocols and procedures.
- Supervisory Experience: Previous supervisory experience within the manned guarding sector, with a proven track record of managing teams and ensuring security standards are met.
- Physical Fitness: Be physically fit to handle weight, equipment, people, and patrol effectively by foot.
- Communication Skills: Possess a calm personality and be capable of controlling difficult situations, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
