**MSS Facilities Ltd** and the **RSK Group** are recruiting for a **Cleaning Operative** to join the team based in **Llangynwyd, UK**. The part time roles available are: Midweek - 2 hours on a Wednesday (5-7pm), Evenings - 4 hours on a Thursday and Friday (5-9pm) - Hours are negotiable.
The MSS Group is a specialist provider of facilities, industrial and environmental services with expertise in hazardous, highly regulated and complex environments.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Provide general cleaning duties which may involve a variety of areas including but not limited to: offices, meeting rooms, toilets, staff canteen areas
- To understand the areas of work
- Comply with COSHH regulations

- The cleaning methods used will involve but not limited to cleaning, washing, sanitizing, sweeping, scrubbing, mopping, dusting, polishing and vacuum cleaning
- There may also be the requirement to use machinery in the cleaning of floors and other areas for which full training will be given.
- To have a customer focused approach to the role, where the principle aim is to provide a welcoming and supportive service to the client, providing solutions rather than problems.
- To present yourself in a professional, approachable and helpful manner at all times, in terms of both image and attitude.
- To work well under pressure
- Experience of office cleaning is essential
- Cleaning of high footfall area
- Cleaning rest rooms
- Cleaning corridors
- Cleaning offices
- Experience of using a scrubber dryer
- Experience in COSHH regulations is essential
- Clean, sweep, external areas, ensuring bins are emptied and all areas are clean and presentable
- Must be organised, proactive with good attention to detail and a team worker
