Travel Consultant Opportunity

We are working with an award-winning Independent Travel Agency Group to recruit a Travel Consultant to provide exceptional customer service and manage travel requirements for their clients.

As a Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for researching, planning, and booking every aspect of our customers' holiday experience, including flights, accommodation, package tours, and travel arrangements. You will also provide relevant information, brochures, and internet links, advise on visa requirements, and process booking administration with high attention to detail.

You will work collaboratively with colleagues to maximise sales and maintain good working relationships with supplier partners, customers, and colleagues. Additionally, you will attend promotional events to gain product knowledge and develop your skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and plan every aspect of customers' holiday experiences
  • Provide relevant information, brochures, and internet links
  • Advise on visa requirements and country-specific requirements
  • Book flights, accommodation, package tours, and travel arrangements
  • Process booking administration with high attention to detail
  • Liaise with clients to resolve any issues or changes
  • Attend promotional events to gain product knowledge
  • Maintain good working relationships with supplier partners, customers, and colleagues
