We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Palliative and End of Life Care Transformation Lead to join our team at NHS Derby and Derbyshire Integrated Care Board.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic plans to transform palliative and end of life care services across the region.
- Lead and manage a team of professionals to deliver high-quality care and services.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address inequalities in care provision.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Provide leadership and guidance to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and services.
- Master's degree or equivalent level of experience in a relevant field.
- Extensive knowledge of palliative and end of life care policy and practice.
- Experience of leading and managing teams to deliver high-quality care and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
