Key Responsibilities:

* Create a strong working relationship with customers
* Proactively manage customer accounts
* Prepare quotes
* Conduct regular client/contract review meetings and contract audits
* Manage contract renewals
* Prospect new business opportunities and proactively manage the sales pipeline to achieve individual and regional targets
* Identify referral, up-sell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing client portfolio
* Actively sell all product groups and service streams to new and existing customers
* Complete tenders and PQQ applications

Requirements:

* Proven track record in Account Management
* Experience within water treatment/hygiene (essential)
* Proven sales skills demonstrating ability to deliver targets
* Experience of building strong relationships with customers
* Good presentation, planning and organisational skills
* Full UK driving license
* Demonstrate behaviours in line with our company values: Respect, Accountability, Reliability & Integrity.
