Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Part Time Receptionist to join our team at JLL. As a key member of our Front of House team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a warm and welcoming experience for all visitors and clients
  • Manage and coordinate all Front of House services, including meeting room bookings and facilities
  • Ensure all areas of the office are maintained to the highest standard
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Provide administrative support as required

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a corporate or 5* hotel reception environment
  • Excellent customer service skills and a strong networker
  • Professional and confident telephone manner and excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to use initiative and remain calm under pressure
  • Strong team player with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work commitments
