About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Transaction Expert to join our Corporate Energy team at Montgomery Advisory. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on complex energy sector transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice on energy sector transactions, including public takeovers, private M&A, private equity, and ECM.
  • Work closely with partners and other senior members of the team to deliver high-quality results.
  • Establish effective relationships with clients and stakeholders across the global network.
  • Contribute to the firm's initiatives, including corporate social responsibility and diversity and inclusion activities.
  • Mentor and support junior team members.
  • Raise the firm's profile by participating in external bodies and attending marketing/industry events.
  • Assist with internal training and preparation of legal precedents.
Requirements
  • 2-6 years of PQE experience in a top-tier law firm.
  • Strong transactional experience in the energy sector.
  • Outstanding academic credentials.
  • Good understanding of law firm profitability and key drivers for financial efficiency.
  • Ability to help manage costs and budgets.
  • Excellent client relationship skills.
