We are collaborating with a reputable Sub-Contractor specializing in various civil engineering and groundwork projects across the Yorkshire area. They are currently seeking to expand their commercial team.


The primary focus of this position is for a Lead Estimator to oversee general civil works and infrastructure projects, including roads, drainage systems, access routes, and groundwork for commercial developments.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven history of successful tendering processes, from initial inquiries to tender submissions (including client meetings as required) and securing contract awards.

Key Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated commercial experience within a Civil Engineering/Groundworks Sub-Contractor environment.
  • Ability to operate from the Leeds office and travel to various project sites within the Yorkshire area.
