Financial Promotions Specialist

MAC Recruit Group Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Financial Promotions Specialist to join their marketing function in Glasgow. This pivotal role involves developing and implementing a robust framework for financial promotions that adhere to the highest standards of compliance within the FCA framework.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a comprehensive financial promotions framework to ensure compliance with FCA regulations.
- Review and enhance existing processes and systems to support FCA and internal policy compliance.
- Improve financial promotions MI for accurate reporting and decision-making.
- Provide expert guidance to senior stakeholders on financial promotions matters.
- Mitigate risks and ensure robust internal controls are in place.
- Train and upskill teams on financial promotions regulations and best practices.
- Advocate for customers by ensuring financial promotions are clear, fair, and not misleading.
- Proven experience in financial services with a deep understanding of financial promotions regulations and industry standards.
- Strong knowledge of Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) and the Consumer Duty.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and results-oriented approach.
This role can be based anywhere across the UK with periodic travel to the Glasgow office. Salary is £70,000 pro-rata, plus benefits.
