Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver leisure and social activities that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive team environment
  • Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and colleagues to understand their needs and preferences
  • Develop and maintain a range of activities that promote physical, mental, and social wellbeing
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of activities and make recommendations for improvement
