Job Title: QA Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled QA Engineer to join our team at AESC UK. As a QA Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products and processes.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality products and processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality plans and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Collaborate with global teams to develop and deploy quality-related tools and processes.
  • Analyze quality data and identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement corrective actions to address quality issues and prevent recurrence.
  • Lead or contribute to root cause analysis investigations to determine the underlying causes of quality issues.
  • Establish and drive thorough inspections and tests of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop junior members of the Quality Engineering Team.
Requirements:
  • Educated to minimum Degree level in an appropriate technical subject.
  • 5+ years' experience in a quality role, preferably involved in new product introduction activities.
  • New Product Introduction experience included Core Tools (PPAP, APQP, MSA, FMEA, SPC).
  • Knowledge of quality principles, methodologies, and tools, such as FMEA's, Control Plans, Test Plans, etc.
  • Ability to analyze, interpret, and present data to make quantitative decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and effectively convey quality-related information to stakeholders.
  • Flexibility to work and travel (including overseas) at short notice.
