Role Summary

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team at Home Instead North Wales. In this pivotal role, you will be tasked with crafting and executing strategies aimed at enhancing our client outreach and boosting revenue streams. Your responsibilities will include fostering and nurturing relationships with clients and essential stakeholders, as well as pinpointing business prospects and devising tailored solutions to meet their needs. This position offers a hybrid work model, allowing for a blend of in-office and remote work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective business growth strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities.
  • Customize solutions to meet client needs.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with the home care industry.
  • Exceptional networking and relationship management skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
  • Capability to assess market trends and uncover growth opportunities.
  • Experience in the senior care sector is advantageous.

Compensation

This role offers a flexible work schedule, with options for either four full days or five flexible days. The salary is set at £30,000 (FTE £37,500), along with a range of additional benefits.
