Email Marketing and Content Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Email Marketing and Content Specialist to join our team at Forward Role Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and growing our CRM channel, driving rapid and profitable growth through email marketing and content creation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive CRM programme, including behavioural, customer lifecycle, and RFM based programmes to drive sales.
  • Collaborate with data and product teams to identify buying patterns and develop programmes to drive repeat purchase.
  • Manage operational and customer satisfaction emails, ensuring an excellent brand and customer experience through every touchpoint.
  • Contribute to the creation of engaging content that drives repeat purchase, including writing blogs, posts, and filming content for social and video platforms.
  • Develop and implement loyalty and refer a friend programmes to drive customer loyalty and retention.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in email marketing, including setting up and managing a modern email programme.
  • Strong understanding of CRM and customer lifecycle marketing.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
