Email Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Email and Content Marketing Executive to join our team at Axon Moore Group Ltd. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a pivotal role in developing and expanding our clients' CRM channel, establishing it as a centre of excellence in the industry.
Key Responsibilities- Email CRM: Lead the CRM program, overseeing development and implementation, creating behavioural, lifecycle, and RFM-based email programs to drive daily sales, focusing on automation and triggered emails to enable scalable CRM efforts, collaborating with data and product teams to identify buying patterns and create programs for repeat purchases, managing operational and customer satisfaction emails, ensuring a seamless brand experience, and delivering ongoing performance reports and dashboards.
- Content for CRM: Hands-on content creation to drive engagement and repeat purchases, producing blog posts, social media content, and video materials to support promotions and product launches, ideating loyalty programs, refer-a-friend initiatives, and case studies to enhance customer retention, highlighting customer success stories, product launches, and unique builds through creative content.
- Ecommerce B2C experience is essential.
- Proven experience as an email/CRM manager, with a strong understanding of automation, APIs, and segmentation.
- Ability to use data to craft highly targeted and effective email campaigns.
- Experience in content creation (copy, social, video) and a desire to develop these skills further.
