About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with our team of Work Coaches and clients to identify suitable sectors and attend local networking meetings to promote our service. You will also be required to create employer engagement activities and produce a monthly plan that incorporates innovative marketing and sales strategies and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver performance against agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Attend local networking groups and create employer engagement activities
  • Produce a monthly plan that incorporates innovative marketing and sales strategies and solutions
  • Attend and organise events in the community to engage with employers and promote our service
  • Support the Local Delivery Managers and Team Leaders to prepare for contract review meetings as required

Requirements

  • Good standard of education with GCSE to grade C or equivalent minimum in English and Maths
  • Evidence of continuing professional development (CPD) appropriate to the level and scope of the role
  • Any relevant training or advisory qualifications
  • Sales, marketing or recruitment experience
  • Excellent administrative, planning and time management skills
  • Previous experience of developing effective community engagement activities and events
  • Flexible approach to change, innovation and progress in the work environment
  • Clean driving license and access to own car
