About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team at Teaching Personnel. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the education and development of pupils in a school setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist teachers in the classroom, providing individualized support to pupils with varying needs
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans, incorporating phonics and other teaching methods
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Monitor and record pupil progress, providing regular feedback to teachers
Requirements
  • CACHE level 2 or above qualification
  • Experience working as a Teaching Assistant or Support Worker
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
