Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-to-one or small group support to SEN students in the classroom.
  • Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging and differentiated lessons.
  • Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to monitor student progress and provide feedback.
  • Offer emotional and social support to students to enhance their well-being and confidence.
  • Contribute to the assessment and recording of student achievements and development.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Psychology, Special Education, Youth Work etc.).
  • A genuine passion for working with children with special educational needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with students and colleagues.
  • Patience, empathy, and a nurturing attitude.
  • The ability to adapt and be flexible in various classroom situations.
  • Previous experience working with children or individuals with SEN is advantageous but not mandatory.
