### Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Product Owner to join our team at Vodafone UK. As a key member of our Digital In-Life teams, you will be responsible for refining requirements, prioritizing the backlog, and orchestrating delivery across multiple scrum teams.

### Key Responsibilities

* Work closely with our TOBi scrum teams to ensure best practice in refining requirements and prioritizing the backlog
* Collaborate with Digital In-Life teams across My Vodafone App, My Vodafone Online, and Help and Support Teams to define best-in-class Service experiences
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of latest and emerging Conversational AI trends across Chat and Voice
* Communicate the vision of User Stories for the Sprint delivery to the Scrum Team for commitment
* Manage Stakeholder expectations and inform them of the Scrum Team's commitment (or otherwise) of their User Stories

### Requirements

* Experience working as a Digital Product Owner using the Scaled Agile Framework across multiple scrum teams
* Strong understanding of latest and emerging Conversational AI trends across Chat and Voice
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
