Overview:

First Military Recruitment Ltd is collaborating with a distinguished client in search of a Senior Property Management Leader with a robust background in Factoring.

The selected individual will be expected to travel between various offices as required.

This role emphasizes enhancing customer satisfaction and involves guiding a team through effective coaching and professional development.

Serve as a key advisor to the Head of Property Management.
Act as the primary point of contact for customer grievances.

Team Leadership and Management:
Provide strategic direction, support, and constructive feedback to a team of property managers.
Create detailed role descriptions for each team member, adhering to company HR policies.
Facilitate the establishment of interim and annual objectives for the team.
Conduct regular performance review meetings to assess team progress.
Design and implement comprehensive training programs to optimize team efficiency.

Coaching & Development:
Foster a culture of coaching among property managers.
Recognize and cultivate talent within the team.
Monitor customer satisfaction metrics, including complaint resolution rates and feedback surveys.
Ensure that direct reports meet their annual performance targets.
Maintain a thorough understanding of property management regulations.
Exhibit a strong commercial perspective, with the capability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Possess a full, clean UK driving license.
