About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Fire Door Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Fire Door Engineer, you will be responsible for completing the refurbishment, maintenance, and inspection of fire-rated doors to ensure compliance with fire safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Fire Door Installation and Maintenance: Install fire-rated doors in accordance with fire regulations, safety regulations, and manufacturer guidelines.
  2. Inspections and Assessments: Perform inspections and assessments of existing fire-rated doors to identify any repairs or replacements needed.
  3. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of door installations, repairs, and inspections.
  4. Teamwork and Communication: Work in a team and independently when required, and liaise with the management team daily.
  5. Travel: Travel to multiple sites as required.

Requirements:

  1. UK Driving License: Required
  2. Fire Door Experience: All aspects of fire door inspection, installation, and maintenance required
  3. Fire Safety Regulations: Solid understanding of fire safety regulations, carpentry techniques, and possess strong attention to detail required
  4. Certifications: NVQ 2 Carpentry required
  5. Health and Safety: Health & Safety awareness and safe working practices required

What We Offer:

Up to £45,000 per annum depending on experience, plus benefits.
