About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Despatch Warehouse Operative team at Ocado Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, working closely with our technology and customers to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading individual totes into frames for delivery to our customers
  • Sorting and organizing totes coming back to site
  • Assisting with the in-house tote wash machine
  • Sorting stock for our shop or charity partners
Working Environment

Our warehouse operates in a fast-paced environment with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency. You will be working in a team environment, with opportunities to learn and develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive team.

Requirements
  • Good level of fitness
  • Ability to work in multiple temperatures (chilled and ambient)
  • Good eye for detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
