Job Title: Account Manager Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager Sales Executive to join our team at Envisage Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, managing and growing key accounts, and developing strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with the sales team to grow the existing client base and identify new sales opportunities outside of the automotive sector.
  • Identify prospects, set appointments, and manage the sales cycle to close new business in all service categories.
  • Prepare concise and accurate reports, proposals, and other required documentation for sales presentations.
  • Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process.
  • Coordinate with other sales representatives to ensure that quotes are being met and company standards are being upheld.
  • Maintain cost management inline with project delivery, ensuring that add/deletes, PCRs, and deviations are recorded and agreed with customers and internal stakeholders in a timely fashion.
  • Responsible for effective communication between internal and external stakeholders.
  • Visit customer operations, outsource suppliers, and other company locations as required.
  • Generate timing plans that service both internal and external customers.
  • Document customer meetings and engagements to maintain customer satisfaction and project integrity.
  • Capture appropriate information to conduct constructive post-project and gateway 'Lessons to be Learned' meetings.
Requirements:
  • Three or more years of sales experience within a similar industry.
  • Essential level of competency in sales/account management experience, strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism, product knowledge and industry experience, proficiency with sales management software and CRM, ability to negotiate win-win agreements, strong ability to manage the Cost, Quality, and Timing of the project, results-oriented, good knowledge of risk management, self-motivation, and strong relationship building.
  • Desirable level of competency in proficiency with sales management software and CRM, proven success rate at levels above sales quota.
