Senior Project Manager

We're seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to join our team at Plutus. As a key member of our project delivery team, you'll be responsible for leading complex digital projects from start to finish, ensuring their success and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project setup, planning, budget control, risk analysis, and quality assurance
  • Develop and implement project management systems and processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and budgets
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management
Requirements
  • Proven experience in project management, with a strong track record of delivering complex digital projects
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple projects and priorities
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to understand and manage project budgets and resources
