We are seeking an experienced Senior Staff Nurse to join our state-of-the-art ITU/HDU Unit at The Princess Grace Hospital. As a Senior Staff Nurse in our ITU Unit, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the department, providing expert knowledge and supporting junior nurses.
Key Responsibilities- Provide bespoke, complex care to patients in partnership with the wider multidisciplinary team.
- Coach and mentor junior members of staff to help them progress.
- Be part of the Critical Care Outreach Team, which aims to enhance care for patients, support staff on hospital wards and help relieve pressure on hospital teams.
- Registered General Nurse with NMC pin.
- Extensive experience working within Critical Care.
- Critical Care Course 60 Credits.
- At least 1 year's experience in Spinal/Neurology ITU setting.
