About the Role

Zoocha is seeking a seasoned UX professional to lead our Experience Team and drive the development of innovative digital products and services.

As a Senior UX Consultant, you will play a key role in shaping the future of experience design at Zoocha, working closely with our creative and UI design teams to deliver audience-centred digital experiences.

With a strong focus on research, data, and insights, you will help discover, define, and design experiences that deliver ongoing value to our clients and their audiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of UX strategies and design solutions for complex digital products and services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform design decisions and drive business outcomes
  • Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' agency experience in a senior UX design or consultancy role
  • Exceptional UX design craft paired with a strategic, consultative mindset
  • Passionate about all things UX and keen to share that passion with the team
  • Deep practical experience of planning, conducting, analysing, and presenting back of quantitative and qualitative research studies
  • Solid proficiency in analysing and interpreting data and creating UX/CX deliverables
  • Strong experience of designing and working with complex, global design systems
  • Good understanding of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines best practices
  • Good commercial awareness and ability to ensure work is delivered on time within budget
