Kate+Co is seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join our team. As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for managing and collecting debts from company debtors, setting up terms and conditions of credit, and ensuring timely payments are made.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and collect debts from company debtors
- Set up terms and conditions of credit
- Ensure timely payments are made by debtors
- Process invoices and credit notes
- Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate records
- Handle queries related to invoices and payments
- Work closely with the sales and finance teams to resolve outstanding issues
- Prepare statements, reports, and financial summaries
- Conduct credit checks and assess customer creditworthiness
- Identify and manage risk, escalating issues when necessary
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with customers and internal teams. Previous experience in a credit control role is essential.
