Overview of Role:

The Installation Area Supervisor will oversee the work of our team of qualified gas engineers, ensuring high standards of work, promoting Health & Safety, and providing technical support. This role will liaise with other departments and report directly to the Regional Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of gas engineers to ensure efficient and safe operations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to gas engineers as needed.
  • Monitor and report on team performance, identifying areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Strong technical knowledge of gas engineering and safety procedures.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
