About the Role:

As a key member of our team at Rock Careers, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Installation Area Supervisor (Gas Qualified) to oversee the work of our team of qualified gas engineers. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a leadership role and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and delegate tasks to team members to ensure excellent service delivery and high standards of work.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of the team, providing constructive feedback and guidance to ensure optimal resource allocation and workflow.
  • Act as a technical resource for the team, providing support and expertise as required to ensure adherence to Health and Safety requirements and legislation.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and ensure their satisfaction, working closely with the Management to ensure optimal resource allocation and workflow.

Requirements:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual with a strong background in gas engineering and leadership. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
