Senior Manager, Supplier Service Delivery

We're seeking a seasoned Senior Manager to lead our Supplier Service Delivery team on a 15-month fixed-term contract. As a key member of our Insurance, Pension & Investment Chief Operating Office Operational Support team, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of contractual obligations with our suppliers.

Your primary responsibility will be to lead all aspects of working with our suppliers to deliver an exceptional customer experience for our Longstanding Life & Pensions customers. This includes coordinating business incidents, rectifications, financial reporting, risk & assurance, and implementing a culture of agile and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the daily management of services for two super severe suppliers, ensuring consistent delivery of customer solutions and collaborating with others to resolve problems as they arise.
  • Coordinating activities to minimize the impact on Customer Delivery and monitoring performance against expected service levels.
  • Proactively reviewing and analyzing data to identify trends and areas for further investigation, producing high-quality, trusted reporting to inform and influence partners on next steps and outcomes.
  • Identifying risks and issues in existing processes and controls, as well as changing operating models as the contract evolves and matures.
  • Implementing a culture of agile and continuous improvement with a focus on developing a successful team aligned to Lloyds Bank plc values.
